Clay was raised in the construction industry, working in the industry from the time he was old enough to hold a shovel. His strong values and work ethic were sharpened in the military and now he brings that efficiency and persistence into the civilian world. He started Benton Thomas Construction with his brother, Thomas Forkum, to change the building world. They strive to provide exceptional quality, care, and service to all of their customers and to all of their projects. Benton Thomas Construction is proud to be a family tradition and proud to stand in front of all of their projects.

Ben started in construction at 14 years old, since that time he's built everything from single family homes, townhomes, commercial property and hospitals. Ben also has a wealth of experience with developing subdivisions in addition to running a real estate company, "Summit Realty Group". 

From concept to completion, Ben has extensive experience in all phases and facets of construction. 

His construction roots date back to his early childhood. As he developed into a young man, his passion for building became second to none. Now, fully fixated on putting his heart and soul behind his work, along with going the extra mile to provide genuine customer service. Benton Thomas Construction does not only build a quality product, but as brothers, they build strong relationships with their clients and cater to make their building experience a memory they won’t forget.

Ozzy joined the team as a young Australian Shepard and brings energy and fun wherever she goes. When she's not running from homesite to homesite, or running off with the home builders' lunches, you can find her napping to rest up for another day of work. She has learned a lot on the job and is eager to help you find or build your dream home.
